김진희는 나와 타자, 그리고 우리로 대변되는 보편적 인물의 일상을 다채로운 색의 스펙트럼으로 표현한다. 그는 등장인물의 평범한 행위와 원초적 상태를 인종과 문화, 성별과 언어의 구분을 상쇄하는 시각적 알레고리로 활용한다. 또한 개인이 처한 지리적, 정치적, 사회적 환경에 따라 발생하는 여러 차이와 소외의 감정을 돌아보며 정체성을 규정하는 기성의 인식에 질문을 던진다. 극적인 빛 아래 드러나는 인물의 작은 움직임은 매 순간 흔들리는 스스로의 현전을 확인하고자 하는 우리의 의지와 소망을 반영한다.
