Oper Bomse (b.1996) is a young artist and co-founder of street art group BOMSE. His style has developed with site-specific installations, mixed media sculptures and classical mediums such as oil and acrylics on canvas. Given his background, he often uses acrylic spray paints, facade paints, epoxies and varnishes, creating complex mixed media works. Recently Oper began to implement performance into his painting practice. The artist’s works are often created in response to current events and bear an oppositional character.
