Cinta Vidal

Cinta Vidal (*1982) was originally trained as a theater painter, but when the illusionary space of the stage became too confining, she turned to urban landscapes and used large facades and cityscapes as canvases in which she dissolves perspective, space and time. Murals of Cinta Vidal can be seen in Covilha (Portugal), Horsens (Denmark), Kobe (Japan), Honululu Hawaii, USA and many other international places. Changes of perspective, surreal confrontations and interwoven social encounters are the themes that fascinate her in all her studio pieces. Architecture and landscapes intertwine in a subtle and delicate way, emphasizing the simultaneity and close connection between the human relationships of her protagonists.
