MALIBU MOON

Through the imaginary figure of Malibu and the symbolism of the Year of the Fire Horse, the text explores the healing power and fluid potential of play, humor, and imagination, interpreting the two artists’ works within this “space of play.” It emphasizes the joy found in participation itself rather than in outcomes, proposing a free and open experience within unfixed images and identities.

말리부라는 상상의 존재와 ‘화마의 해’의 상징을 통해, 놀이와 유머, 상상이 지닌 치유적 힘과 유연한 가능성을 이야기하며 두 작가의 작업을 이러한 ‘놀이의 공간’ 속에서 해석한다. 결과보다 참여 과정 자체의 즐거움을 강조하며, 고정되지 않은 이미지와 정체성 속에서 자유로운 경험을 제안한다.
