Suwon Museum of Art

SuwonMuseum Of Art is a path from which you can naturally see the city, stretching along Hwaseong Temporary Palace, Paldalsan Mountain, Paldalmun Gate and Janganmun Gate. The museum was designed to create a harmony between modernity and nature by adopting the pine board pattern on the concrete foundation.

The most significant feature of the architecture is the slope area that highlights exhibitions through the achromatic color design concept. White and black intersect with each other on the gray concrete background.
Since it is located in a historic site, the museum is designed to provide visitors with a comfortable place to relax. Architectural harmony with the surrounding landscape was the most important factor in its design.
